ErasmusPT4ASDSchool stories

The International School proudly announces the European dissemination of the PT4ASD Handbook, a key outcome of the Erasmus+ project “Physical therapy as a tool for developing social-emotional, non-verbal communication and relationships skills of young people with ASD” (PT4ASD). Developed through the collaborative efforts of colleagues from Turkey, Ireland, Denmark, Greece, Spain, and Serbia, this resource offers innovative games designed for children and youth with autism.

International School worked alongside international colleagues to support educators, 海角直播, and volunteers working with children on the autism spectrum. Lora Miti膰, one of the International School鈥檚 project participants, had a dissemination visit to Podgorica, Montenegro, where she shared the Handbook at the Resource Center for Children and Youth “Podgorica” and the Day Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities. The event sparked great interest, and copies of the Handbook were distributed to attendees.

Innovative Games for Children and Youth with Autism

The PT4ASD Handbook provides practical tools for educators, volunteers, and 海角直播 to support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children with autism. The games promote interaction and communication, ensuring engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

This project brought together experts from various fields to create adaptable and culturally relevant content, making the Handbook a valuable tool for educational communities across Europe. Its dissemination supports the project’s goal of fostering inclusive education and promoting playful learning as a path to growth.

With the conclusion of this two-year project, the PT4ASD Handbook is now accessible to a wider audience. By supporting children, 海角直播, and volunteers, the project underscores its commitment to inclusive education and the well-being of all learners.
