On 26 September, the final conference of the Micr@s project took place in the grand hall of , organized by Link Group, a partner in this Erasmus+ project coordinated by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce.
The event welcomed students and teachers from Savremena Gimnazija, with special guests including Prof. Dr. Gordana Mi拧ev from the Faculty of Diplomacy and Security, Prof. Dr. Zoran Grubi拧i膰, Dean of the Belgrade Banking Academy, Tatjana Koluvija, Principal of Savremena Gimnazija, and Tatjana Vil膷ek, Principal of International School.
Innovative tools for developing entrepreneurial skills presented to participants
Marija Mili膰, the project coordinator for Serbia and a Business and Economics teacher at International School, presented the results of this two-year project. Together with partners from Belgium, Romania, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, Greece, and Cyprus, our team developed an online platform and learning materials aimed at helping students launch their own businesses more easily.
Conference attendees were introduced to the project鈥檚 innovative solutions for fostering entrepreneurship:
- educational resources known as 鈥滾earning Snacks鈥 translated into the languages of the partner countries, covering 14 key areas for starting a business;
- an online platform for creating business ideas through group work and developing a Business Canvas plan. In this online environment, students can compare and improve their business concepts.
Winning ideas and announcement of the Belgrade Banking Academy competition
The conference also showcased the winning ideas from the external pilot testing held in June at International School. Participants had the opportunity to vote for their favorite business idea. The winning project, 鈥滿acroCount鈥, was created by the team of Petra Jovanovi膰, Pavle Jovanovi膰, Luna Petrovi膰, and Viktorija 沤egarac who were awarded certificates by International School Principal Tatjana Vil膷ek. The second-place project, 鈥滵olce Fredo鈥, developed by the team of Lena Elezovi膰, Vanja Vukosavljevi膰, Mila Maki膰, and Andrea Malovi膰, also received certificates.
During the conference, attendees were informed about an upcoming competition at the in December. We hope our students will showcase their ideas at this prestigious high school competition.
